[Structural features]

Smoke hood is composed of hood body and hood cover upper and lower parts, hood body consists of three planes, hood cover by the front, back, left, right four planes (or baffle) constitute a cone. [Performance requirements]

(1) The fume absorption rate shall be greater than 95%, using the same bamboozle deflector enclosure.

(2) The enclosure structure should be equipped with a hinged inspection door to facilitate sanitary cleaning and observation.

(3)The equipment is made of stainless steel, and all the joints are waterproof, steam-proof and fume-proof.

(4)The air hood is embedded in the ceiling, with a stainless steel decorative plate between the two, made of stainless steel plate with a thickness of 1.2mm, easy to dismantle, embedded in a depth of ≥100mm.

(5) All hoods are made of stainless steel plate with a thickness greater than 1.0mm.

(6)Ventilation pipe is made of 1.0 galvanized sheet, equipped with stainless steel iron air volume adjustment valve.

(7) Illumination fixtures are splash-proof, waterproof, recessed type, distributed at every 1000mm distance and shall have all wires sleeved in conduits and connected with a splice box. Illumination device is greater than or equal to 600lux, using energy-saving chiaroscuro tube lamps, unified power interface.

(8) The vertical plate of the hood has a self-extraction device with a one-piece wrap-around, the discharge slot is easy to clean the fumes and vapors, and the discharge pipe is made of stainless steel, and is connected to the fully automatic self-cleaning device of the hood.

Grease net type fume hood

This is one of the most commonly used in the kitchen fume hood, hood body horizontal projection surface is rectangular, cross-section like half of the umbrella shaped hood. The length is determined by the number of cookers and the length of the arrangement, the height is 550 mm, the width is generally 1250 mm, and the total width of the front with the air supply device is about 1500 mm. The hood is equipped with a labyrinth-type grease filter on one side at an inclination of 60°, which has a certain grease filtering capacity and is often used in the kitchens of general restaurants.
